Mamas & Me In Nature

Mamas & Me in Nature invites mothers and their children to engage in the spiritual and healing powers of nature. We organize local nature excursions and offer monthly online curriculum and activities for at-home family participation.

Past outings include Peggy Notebaert Children Museum and Butterfly Garden and Bug Event Garfield Park Conservatory, Camping in my Backyard Event, and Indiana Pumpkin Patch Festival. Check us out on social to see what participants have to say and to share your stories and photos of your family enjoying nature.

Activities surrounding Mamas & Me In Nature are currently on hiatus. Sign up for our mailing list to learn when we reactivate!

Three Pillars Strong

We’ve designed culturally relevant programs around our foundational pillars: Leadership, SoulCare SelfCare, and Advocacy. Each program allows for and encourages education through spending time in nature, story sharing, and creating experiences that restore, renew, and reconnect us with our ancestry and spiritual wellbeing.
